RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To ensure a stress-free shopping experience this Christmas/Holiday season, we're extending our returns policy. All purchases made after the 1st of November 2023 can now be returned until the 31st of January 2024.

Thank you for shopping with us! If you need to return any part of your order, you have 30 days from the receipt of the parcel to do so. Inside your package, you'll find a returns slip. Please fill it out with your return details and let us know if you'd like a refund or exchange an item. Don't forget to mention the reason for your return, which can be found on the returns form. If there's no label or returns form in your parcel, you can download it by clicking here.


To ensure a smooth process, please use the label provided above. We cannot accept hand-written labels.


For orders in the UK, you can return the items free of charge using the Royal Mail Freepost shipping label. It's included with each order as part of the delivery note.
Once we receive your returned items, please allow up to 14 working days for us to process them.


If you're exchanging goods, we'll send the new items to you at no additional cost.
Please remember to obtain proof of postage. Until your returned goods reach us, they are your responsibility.


Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs associated with your original order if you choose to make a partial or full return.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

 

If you're returning goods from outside the UK, please make sure to send the package using a tracked service or with proof of postage. Until the returned goods reach us, they remain your responsibility. If there's no label or returns form in your parcel, you can download it by clicking click here.


Customers outside the UK and the US are responsible for the cost of returns.


If your item is incorrect or faulty please contact: customercare@bluebella.com within 14 days of receiving the parcel to arrange a refund or replacement. Please don't send any faulty or incorrect items back to us before you've been advised by our customer care team.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING BY POST:

 

Before sending any goods back to Bluebella, please complete the returns form found on the delivery note included with your order and include it with the items:
    • Indicate whether you'd like an exchange or a refund. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used.
    • Select the reason for the exchange or return.
    • If exchanging an item, clearly indicate the preferred product.
    • We appreciate feedback, so feel free to share your thoughts.

If you're in the UK, please affix the Royal Mail label provided to the front of the box, making sure to cover or remove any old labels. Take the package to your local post office and send it via a recorded or signed-for delivery service. To process your return or exchange, we need to receive the goods in their original condition, so please package them securely. If returning goods from outside the UK/EU/EEA, please mark the box as "returned goods." We cannot accept returns on any products that have been worn or are not in their original condition. Please note that refunds or exchanges can only be accepted within 30 days of delivery. The cost of returning goods to Bluebella Ltd is the customer's responsibility.
